Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.If you cancel more than 72 hours before your event you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 72 hours or less, you will be billed a 20% restocking fee that will be billed to the card on file.

If we have to cancel for any reason on our end you can expect a full refund and a 10% discount on your next purchase.

Our goal is to over-communicate throughout the process to make your event a success, if you have any questions at any point in time we are just a phone call away.
Q.Do you have any other policies that i need to be aware of when renting from inflatable adventures?
A.We have a silly string policy regarding the use of silly string. it is like super glue to vinyl and is considered a minor repair. Also, we have a dry equipment policy that states our dry equipment is not to get wet. If you’re interested in a wet piece of equipment, check out our water slides! They are made to be used with water unlike our dry equipment. Of course, we will go through all of our policies when you rent from us.

Please be aware that violation of any policies may result in additional charges.
Q.When is payment due?
A.We take a 10% deposit upfront to reserve your spot in the calendar. The final payment is due upon set-up.
Q.What is your inclement weather policy?
A.Equipment will not be set up if it is raining, the wind exceeds 30-35 mph, or if the temperature outside is in the 40’s or below.

In Oklahoma weather can change quickly so we check it daily in an effort to avoid any last minute weather cancelations we work hard to communicate with customers early and often.

Q.Can an inflatable be used indoors?
A.It sure can! We will use weighted bags to hold it in place. Just be sure to measure the indoor place to make sure the equipment will fit, and let us know that it will be inside, since we have to bring the extra equipment to accommodate each space.
Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
A.We accept most forms of payment: cash, credit cards, debit cards, and most payment apps like cash app and venmo.

We will accept checks form businesses, institutions, or non-profits. We will not accept personal checks or I-owe-you's.

Payment is due upon set-up so let us know ahead of delivery if you have any questions about your payment method.
Q.Do you charge a delivery fee?
A.With the rise of gas prices we do charge for drop-off but not pick-up. Our charge per mile is $1.92 feel free to give us a call and we can tell you what the delivery charge would be. Milage will also be calculated and added at check-out.
Q.Can the inflatable be used wet?
A.We have inflatables that are made to get wet and ones that are only made to be dry.

There will be an extra charge if dry inflatables are gotten wet.
Q.How many children can be in a bouncer at once?
A.The amount of people allowed on an inflatable will vary from piece to piece. If you are concerned about the size of your selection please feel free to give us a call.
Q.​Are you inspected by the state of Oklahoma?
A.Yes. Each of our inflatables are inspected every year by the Oklahoma Department of Labor to insure that they are both safe and functional.
Q.Are you insured?
A.Yes. We are both licensed and insured to business in the state of Oklahoma.
Q.How do i prepare for a rental?
A.All we ask you to do to prepare for your rental is to clear the area you would like to have your inflatable placed of sticks, rocks/stones, animal waste, or any other type of debris. Also be sure there aren’t any low hanging branches or electrical lines.

We have 100 ft of electrical cord so be sure we are within that range of an electrical outlet, and if you’re renting a water piece, we have 100 ft of water hose as well. But be sure to have some water hose of your own on hand to supply too!
Q.Can an inflatable be used on concrete?
A.Yes, outdoors we will use weighted bags to hold them in place.
Q.What are the general sizes of you inflatables?
